40 Box Jumps

40 Hand Release Push Ups

40 TTB

40 Ring Rows

40 Burpees

40 Wall Balls

40 Pull Ups

40 AB Mat

40 Ring Dips

* Must go in order*

**Must finish all of one movement before going to the next**

*** You can only work while your partner is running**

Format: Partner A starts the reps, partner B runs a 400m.

Partner B gets in and starts where Partner A left off. Partner A runs.

If you finish, either stop or start another round.
