Two new movements for accessory work. Don’t be fooled by these movements. They are difficult and will take time, but are extremely beneficial to what we do in and out of the gym. They can be performed at home or while traveling and I highly recommend them often. I also recommend athletes and coaches watch/skim the attached videos.
