Coach’s Comments
Congratulations on completing a squat cycle. Cycles are rough (mentally and physcially) and everyone crushed it. I am definitely hoping to see tons of PRs today, but if you don’t get one, don’t sweat it. This program lasted through 3 holidays and was extremely tough. Some days the weights feel light, some days they feel heavy as hell. It happens. Take your time, warm up, keep good form. Don’t hurt yourself trying to get a few extra pounds……and don’t be scared to BAIL OUT.
