Metabolic conditioning programs posted daily designed to help you reach your goals.
Olympic Weightlifting programs
Olympic lifting is incorporated into each workout session along with a trained coaching staff to assist you in perfecting your techique.
Strength and Conditioning
Strength sessions like squats, deadlifts, shoulder presses and bench press are programed through out the week to ensure the core foundation of strength gains are achieved.
Starters course
Once a month this starter course is offered that helps teach the foundational movements of CrossFit, plus other movements that are frequently used during WODs. This course is designed to help learn the language of CrossFit, meaning all the acronyms, benchmark workouts, and the significance of Hero WODs.
Nutrition programing
Crossfit is not just a fitness craze, but a comprehensive healthy lifestyle program designed in helping you become the fittest version of yourself. Along with the fitness programs our coaching staff is also here to help with achieving your nutrition goals as well, anywhere from gaining weight for packing on slabs of muscle to trimming down for that perfect beach body. Class WOD
The "WOD" is the "workout of the day." This is our standard class. Each day a new WOD is posted on WODIFY. Each WOD has specifically been created as part of a complete program designed to improve strength and conditioning.
We are using Wodify for posting workouts, tracking athletes scores, and signing in for classes. Make sure you have signed your waiver and entered your payment information so you can check into classes this week! Don't forget to also download the app!
Open GYM
Here at CrossFit Carnivore we offer open gym on Thursday's as apart of our normal working hours. Feel free to come in and follow one of our preprogramed workouts or one of your own. A certified coach is available to help with any questions you might have. Our recommendation is to use open gym to come in and work on technique and any exercise movements that you might struggle with. This is the time to practice!
