CrossFit Carnivore – Class WOD

Clean and Jerk (3, 2, 2)

Power clean and jerk: (2+2) x 3, (2+1) x 2, (1+1) x 2, increase weight each set. One set every 2 minutes.

Back Squat ((2+1) x 5)

Pausing back squat (2) + back squat (1) x 5 sets with same weight.

Box jumps (24/20)
