Front Squat (5 x 1)
Every 2 minutes complete 1 1/4 front squat (front squat, pause 1/4 of the way up, back down then full extension up) 70% of 1RM and keep weight the same for all sets
Snatch Balance (3, 2, 2, 2, 1, 1, 1)
Complete one set every 2 minutes, pause for 3 seconds at the bottom of each snatch balance, increase weight as long as technique doesn’t fail
