CrossFit Carnivore – Class WOD

Strict press in Split Position (5 x 3)

From the rig with the bar in the front rack position move into a split jerk and complete 3 strict press, increase weight each set to a challenging set of 3 (start at approx 40% of strict press max). One set every 2 minutes.

Clean pull + Clean + Pause jerk ((1+1+1) x 5)

Every 2 minutes complete one clean pull, one power clean and one split jerk with a 3 second pause in the split position. Increase weight each set, emphasize the jump on the pull.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

20 lunges

20 air squats

20 push ups
