Bench press
Squat clean
**partner A does 10 DL, partner B does 10 bench, partner C does 10 squat clean
***after each round one partner rows 500M, one partner runs 400M, one partner does 100 DU
****THEN everyone swaps movements for rep 9 and everyone swaps cardio after that round
