Coach Clay’s birthday fell on a Saturday a few weeks ago so we are performing his WOD now! Same as last year with a few modifications…..

26 back squats

26 deadlifts

26 push jerk

26 power clean

Scaled: 75/55#

***reps split evenly, one person working at a time-all lifts must be done at the same weight-one bar per team***
