Warm-up

Run 800 M, get equipment for BOTH wods, complete first wod, rest 5 minutes, complete second wod, rest 5 minutes, finish with an additional 800 M run

Minute one: 50 DU/150 singles

Minute two: 10 burpees

Minute three: 5 DL 225/155#

Metcon (No Measure)

12 minute EMOM:

Minute one: 100 M row

Minute two: 10 HSPU/15 push ups

Minute three: 5 C&J 135/95#
