Partner B-Shoulder to overhead while partner A is rowing then switch

Partner A-400 M run

Partner B-Back squats while partner A is running then switch

Partner A-400 M row

Partner B-Sit ups while partner A is rowing then switch

Repeat rounds for 30 minutes
