CrossFit Carnivore – Class WOD

Hang Power Snatch (6 x 2)

E3MOM complete 2 hang power snatches, increasing weight each set to a heavy set of 2

Metcon (No Measure)

20 EMOM:

Minute 1: 10 weighted box step ups

Minute 2: 10 HSPU

Minute 3: Single leg RDL with barbell

Minute 4: rest

**step ups can involve DB, KB, empty barbell or weighted barbell

**HSPU should be the most skilled version you can do (if you can do strict do them, scale to kipping, scale to using a head pad, scale to box HSPU)

**Single leg RDL weight should be light enough to stay balanced
