Squat Snatch (8 x 1)

E2MOM for 8 total sets:

complete 1 power snatch and 1 squat snatch at 75% of 1 RM

**use the first 2-3 rounds to warm up to 75%**

20 EMOM

Minute 1: HS walks/3 wall walks

Minute 2: 10 back extensions

Minute 3: 10 DB snatch

Minute 4: rest
