1 power snatch every minute starting at 65% and increasing weight every 3 reps

Front Squat (5 x 3)

3 at 60%

3 at 70%

3 at 75%

3 at 80%

3 at 80%

Metcon (No Measure)

3 rounds:

Minute 1: 3 wall walks

Minute 2: 20 kipping swings

Minute 3: rest
