Deadlift (12 x 2)
2 reps every minute starting at 65% and increasing weight every 3 minutes
Bent Over Row (10 x 3)
3 reps every minute for 10 sets
Weight should feel heavy but not hard enough to where you start kipping the reps-everything should stay controlled
Metcon (No Measure)

Minute 1: 10 DB step ups
Minute 2: 30 second hollow hold on bar
Minute 3: rest
