E3MOM complete 10 reps standing on a 25# plate at 65% of 2RM

Min 1: 10 HSPU

Min 2: 10 ring dips

Min 3: 10 box jumps

***use this to PRACTICE skill work. If you cannot do HSPU do push ups with your feet on a plate OR wall walks, if you cannot do ring dips complete dips on a box, for your box jumps try a higher height than what you’re use to***
