Warm-up
Everyone will start directly at their heat time (0800, 0830, 0900, 0930, 1000) so make sure you arrive in time to strecth/warm up on your own. The gym will open at 7:30 for those particiapting in the first heats. Make sure to hydrate beforehand!
Murph (Time)

1-Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Push-ups
300 Air Squats
1-Mile Run
If you have a 20# vest or body armor, wear it.
In honor of Navy Lieutenant Michael Murphy, 29, of Patchogue, NY, who was killed in Afghanistan June 28th, 2005.
