In sync burpees to plate.
*Males will be jumping to a 35/Ladies to a 25. Athletes will have to make chest contact with the floor and have feet on the plate at the same time. **If athlete one makes jump to the plate before athlete two, they are to wait on the plate until their partner has both feet on their plate.
Front Squat (6 x 2)
Every 3:00 complete 2 pausing front squats (:03 second hold at the bottom) increasing each set
