10 Shoulder to overhead
Max cals on bike/row with remainder
Partner B: 12 Burpees
Rx: 95/65
One Partner completes 10.10.10 then gets max cals with remaining time, other partner has 2 minutes to complete 15 burpees. After 2 minutes, switch.
Score is total cals minus burpees not completed.
