150 Air Squats
150 Push Ups
150 Sit Ups
150 Ring Rows
150 Burpees
While completing a 10k Row (switching every 2 minutes)
Must be done in order.
One person on the rower for 2 minutes, other two are working towards the 150. Rower switches out every 2 minutes.
