Snatch Pull + Snatch High Pull + Power Snatch + Full Snatch (Every 1:30 x 8)
Technique is more important than throwing weight around for the Whiteboard.
Each movement is coming from the floor. STAY TIGHT, DON’T GO TOO HEAVY
