Weightlifting

Minute: 17 – 30

Deadlift (Every 2:30 as follows)

10-8-6-4-2

Everyone start the set of 10 at 50%.

Go up each round.

Ending at a heavy set of 2 with proper technique.

Doesn’t have to be touch and go, but don’t drop the weight.
