10 BB Front Squats

10 BB strict press

Weightlifting

Minute: 15 -30

Every 1:30 x 10

Clean (Every 1:30 as follows)

One Lift Off – Reset

One Pull – Reset

One Full Clean

Start at 50% and go up 5%-ish a round as long as technique is maintained.

Minute: 35 – 50

Time Cap : 15 Minutes
