Behind The Neck Jerk (3, 2, 2, 1, 1)
Every 2 minutes complete one set. Start at 50% for 3 reps and work up each set
Power Clean (4 x 1)
Every 2 minutes complete one power clean and one jerk. Power clean AND jerk, 4 sets of 1 starting at 50% and increasing each set to a heavy single no more than 85%
Back Squat (5 x 1)
Every 90 seconds complete one back squat for five total reps. 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
12 minute AMRAP:
20 sit ups
10 left OH walking lunge
10 right OH walking lunge
