Using a single KB (72/53#) perform 5 RDL one each side for a total of 10, repeat for 3 sets

Metcon (No Measure)

Single arm DB row
3 x 10

Using a single DB (50/35#) perform 5 DB rows on each side for a total of 10, repeat for 3 sets
