Turkish Complex

3 Turkish Sit-Ups

3 Seated Press, Back Down

1 Turkish get-up to kneeling position

3 Press at Kneel, stand

3 Standing Press, Downward portion of get-up

Metcon

Minute: 35-55

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5 Pull-Ups

10 H.R. Push Ups

15 Air Squats w/ Ball
