Every 1:30 x 7

Snatch Lift-Off + Pull from floor + Pull From High Hang (2+1+1 @ Heavy relative to Snatch 1RM)

Lift Off = DL stopping above knee. Keep snatch form

Increase weight as long as proper technique is maintained.
