Round A

2 Minute Max CAL Row

1 Minute Max HR Push Ups

Round B

2 Minute Max Cal Bike

1 Minute Max Ring Dips

-Rest 1 Minute-

Each athlete should do round A x 3 and round B x 3 (alternating between the two)
Be smart, Max Cals for 2 minutes is NOT a sprint. You should be going hard, but it is not recommended to attempt a SPRINT.
