RX: Bodyweight on lifts. Whatever weight you choose, it should be the same for the DL and the Clean
RX:Feet on 45/35 for push-ups

*Cleans can be either variation needed to get the bar to the shoulders. Each rep must end with elbows in front of the bar with hips and knees extended*
