WEEK ONE! This is week one of our new strength cycle, this week we are going to test out 2RM for both back squats and deadlifts. Enter these numbers! We will use them for the next nine weeks and then retest.

150 Wall-Ball Shots, 20# / 14#

Back Squat (1 x 2)

30:00 to work up to a 2RM back squat-2 reps without reracking weight-start with higher reps/lower weight and gradually decrease reps while increasing weight.
