E2MOM-start at 50% of 1RM snatch, increase weight IF form remains-focus on weight in heels and speed under the bar

Squat Snatch (3 x 2)

Directly after snatch balances use 15 minutes to complete 3 sets of 2 squat snatches at the following %:
