Aerobic capacity/Active recovery:

10 rounds

200 meter run

Rest 1:1 (rest between rounds as long as it takes to run the 200 meters)

Handstand Push-ups (:20 seconds x 10 rounds )

Max hspu within 20 seconds, 40 second rest (strict, deficit or kipping)

Metcon (No Measure)

15 minute EMOM:

1-12/10 calorie row

2-15 air squats

3-10 burpees
