A thruster followed by a push press followed by a push jerk followed by a split jerk without dropping the bar is one rep

Increase weight each set, one set every 2:30 minutes

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

12 minute AMRAP:

3/3, 6/6, 9/9….

Deadlift 225/155#

Wallballs 20/14#
