Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

3-4 person teams

***one person must be on the rower for calories at all times, switch out as needed***

Athletes who are not rowing will complete:

40 minute AMRAP

120 DU

60 box jumps 24/20″

60 sit ups

60 KBS 53/35#

Each round is 300 reps, total score is reps PLUS calories on the rower
