3 Reps of every movement in complex w/ barbell

Weightlifting

Minute: 15-30

Every 2:30 Minutes

Complex (Upper) (5 Sets @ Athlete’s Choice)

5 Deadlifts

5 Bent Over Rows

5 Hang Power Cleans

5 STRICT Press

5 Push Jerks
Complex – Hold onto the bar the entire time.

*Limiter will be Row/Strict Press. Do a weight that is challenging, but allows you to move well.

**Weight is Athlete’s Choice**
