CrossFit Carnivore – Class WOD

Front Squat (1)

Last week was the end of the front squat/back squat cycle. Today we will use 30 minutes to find a 1RM front squat, next week will be back squat. Use the 30 minutes to warm up and then workup slowly with 1 rep at a time.
