Squat Clean and Jerk (7 x 1)

Squat clean + Split jerk + Push press (while still in split jerk position-small dip, drive overhead)

1 complex every 2 minutes for 7 sets

***keep weight light, no more than 75% of push press***

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

2 rounds:

2:00 push press 135/95#

1:00 rest

2:00 front squat 135/95#

1:00 rest

2:00 deadlifts 135/95#

1:00 rest

***everything is pulled from the ground***
