Metcon (No Measure)

Gymnastics skill work:

Handstand hold: 5 x :20 (focus on tight core, point feet, don’t let the lower back arch)

Hollow hang from bar: 5 x :20 (focus on tight, perfect form-use false grip if possible)

Top of pull up hold: 5 x :10 (can use a box to get to the top, hold for 10 seconds)
