Metcon (Time)

7 rounds:

14 DB/KB deadlifts 50/35#

14 DB/KB push press 50/35#

15 minute time cap

Split Jerk (7 x 1)

1 at 50%

1 at 60%

1 at 70%

1 at 75%

1 at 80%

1 at 85%

1 at 90%

***20 minutes to complete all 7 sets of 1, start light and the goal is to increase weight each set, if 90% feels good try for a new max***
