CrossFit Carnivore – Class WOD

Snatch Balance (5 sets)

Pausing snatch balance (3 seconds) + pausing OHS (3 seconds) + snatch balance (no pause). One complex every 2 minutes for a total of 5 sets/10 minutes. Start at 50% of 1RM snatch and stay below 75%, increase weight IF technique stays consistent.

Squat Snatch (3 x 2)

20 minutes to work through 3 sets of 2 reps squat snatch, this is where you can go heavy-take the entire 20 minutes to warm up and complete 2 touch and go snatches in 3 separate sets increasing weight after each set.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 minute AMRAP:

25 DU

15 pistols

5 HSPU

***alternate pistols, scale to air squats***
