Warm up snatch and get comfortable with complex

Weightlifting

Minute: 18-30

Snatch Pull + Snatch High Pull + Power Snatch + Full Snatch (Every 1:30 x 8)

Technique is more important than throwing weight around for the Whiteboard.

Each movement is coming from the floor. STAY TIGHT, DON’T GO TOO HEAVY

8 Box jumps

RX weight: 115/75

RX Box: One higher than you usually do

* Be smart, if you can barely jump to 24, don’t attempt 30*
