Warm-up

Air Force PT Test

**5am will be open to everyone/unlimited

We have several athletes who are in the Air Force and required to pass a PT test annually. Many of them will be completing theirs this month so we are going to do a “mock” PT test. 1.5 mile run followed by max sit ups in 1 minute and max push ups in 1:00. DO NOT SKIP TODAY. Yes its cold, yes you will be fine.

Total points for PT score
Max score is 80. We will not be doing the body composition/waist measurement which counts for 20 points. Run is worth 60, push ups and sit ups are worth 10 each. There is a score sheet posted up front and on Facebook. Find the page with your age/sex and score all three components and enter here.
