Power Snatch (6 x 1)

Every 3 minutes perform 1 power snatch, 1 hang squat snatch, 1 overhead squat starting at 60% of power snatch and increasing each set

Metcon (No Measure)

3 rounds:

Minute 1: 5 strict C2B

Minute 2: 5 strict HSPU

Minute 3: 10 cal bike

Minute 4: rest
