800m Run (Time)

Max Effort 800m Run
800 M run for time before the metcon for a base half mile “fresh” and then 800 M run after the metcon for a half mile after fatigue

Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

5 rounds:

Minute one: max WB 20/14#

Minute two: max DB snatch 50/35#

Minute three: max cal bike

Minute four: rest
