Program for the Best- Scale for the Rest
One of the best parts about CrossFit is its ability to be scaled to you. We preserve the same stimulus for each member in class, while meeting you where you are in your fitness journey.
Unlimited Membership
Our post popular option, this $110 monthly cost unlocks daily workouts with trained professionals coaching you through them. It also unlocks our app to track your fitness progress, recommended weights for the day, and more.
Couples Membership
Working out with a partner, and community fitness, is a pillar of CrossFit. As a couple, you and your partner can come experience fitness together at a discounted rate of $165 a month. You unlock everything at our unlimited membership. Family memberships for $198 are also available to share the fitness with the household.
Nutrition Programming
CrossFit is not just a fitness craze, but a comprehensive wellness program designed to help you become the healthiest version of yourself. Along with the fitness programs, our coaching staff is here to help with achieving your nutrition goals as well, anywhere from gaining weight and packing on slabs of muscles to trimming down to a healthy level. One-on-one training to get a more personal and in-depth program designed around your goals or to work on specialized movements centered around technique improvements.
Weekly Class Descriptions
Class WOD
“WOD” is “workout of the day.” This is our standard class. Each day, a new WOD is posted on Wodify. Each WOD has specifically been created as part of a complete program designed to improve strength and conditioning.
We are using Wodify for posting workouts, tracking athletes’ scores, and signing up for classes. Make sure you have signed your waiver and entered your payment information so you can check into classes this week! Don’t forget to also download the app!
Open Gym
Here at CrossFit Carnivore, we offer open gym on Thursdays as a part of our normal working hours. Feel free to come in and follow one of our preprogrammed workouts or one of your own. A certified coach is available to help with any questions you might have. Our recommendation is to use the open gym to come in and work on technique and any exercise movements that you might struggle with. This is the time to practice!
