20 EMOM:

Minute 1: double KB OH carry (length of rig and back)

Minute 2: 15 V-ups

Minute 3: 10 ring push ups

Minute 4: rest

Clean and Jerk

Alternating movements complete one set every 1:30:

Set 1: 3 position power clean (ground, above the knee, hip)

Set 2: 2 push jerks + 1 split jerk

**75% of power C&J
