To kick off our first official day at 100 Chilton Place we will complete the following wod and every year on July 2 we will repeat it!
45 minute AMRAP:
In teams of 3 with one person working at a time
100 box jumps 24/20
100 KBS 53/35
100 goblet squats 53/35
100 sit ups
100 wallballs 20/14
100 push ups
**every 3 minutes complete 3 burpees-each member does 3 burpees working at the same time**
